Location: Brenham, TX 77833
Pay: $15.00-$17.00
Start: ASAP
Schedule: 7:30-4:00 pm Tuesday-Thursday
- WILLING TO WORK 2-3 DAYS A WEEK
- Able to operate forklift
- Must pass back ground and drug screen
Duties
- Unloading & Inspection: Unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming merchandise against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting products for damage or defects and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Stocking: Sorting, labeling, and placing items into designated storage locations or warehouse racks.
- Tracking: Updating WMS and performing regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Picking: Locating specific items in the warehouse using a pick list or barcode scanner.
- Packing: Safely boxing, labeling, and securing goods to pallets so they are prepared for transport.
- Loading: Preparing outbound shipments for couriers and loading them onto delivery vehicles.
Equipment Operation & Safety
- Machinery Use: Operating heavy machinery like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintenance: Performing basic daily checks on equipment and keeping warehouse clean and clear of hazards.
