Location: Waller, Tx 77484
Pay: $25-$27 DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am (40 Hours per week)

Looking for a warehouse coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while coordinating with other staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Must be experienced with maintaining inventory records, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring safety compliance (GMP), and resolving shipment discrepancies.

Must be experienced with maintaining inventory records, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring safety compliance (GMP), and resolving shipment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies and safety procedures (e.g., OSHA, GMP).
- Documentation: Maintain documentation using WMS, SAP, or similar software.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records of items, locations, and conditions.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming/outgoing freight, verify packing lists against purchase orders, and coordinate with carriers.
- Operational Coordination:
Assign tasks to warehouse staff, ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Generally 2–5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.
- Skills: Proficiency with warehouse software (WMS/SAP), MS Office especially Excel, and forklift operation.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to lift heavy items.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy objects, typically up to 50 lbs.
- The role may require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Will have to operate forklift and perform other duties around the shop.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Must pass background and drug screen.
- Steel toe shoes required.
